Endowments
An endowment granted by the Real
Estate Foundation is a fund that earns interest income to be
applied to purposes agreed upon by the Foundation and the recipient
institution. The principal grant amount remains untouched as
a long-term resource for the institution. The general purposes
of the endowments listed below are public and professional education.
Some endowments are intended to support research, emphasizing
applied outcomes. All endowment grants were made on the condition
that the recipient institution would match the grant amount with
money raised from other sources.
Where possible, we have linked
the endowments to the appropriate program or faculty website.
