The Real Estate Foundation supports many innovative projects, including original research that pertains to land use and real estate policies and practices in BC. We have organized the projects under Foundation theme headings to give you an idea of the kinds of initiatives we have supported. (Note that, as of 2004, we are no longer using theme headings for our grants; however, they still make sense for organizing research projects.)

Please also visit the Community Resources section of our website, which features information and tools developed by Foundation grant recipients that may benefit other organizations involved in similar projects. (There is some overlap between resources on that page and this one.)

The Communities in Transition website is an information resource on initiatives that pertain to planning for transition in BC's non-metropolitan regions. The site includes a growing library of projects funded by the Foundation, and others.
